For EU customers , purchased items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery and in accordance to our return policy (see below). You are at liberty to fit your items but please note that all items are sealed or tagged and cannot be returned without the original labels attached. If we receive your item after this period, we may refuse the return and will offer to ship it back to you (at your expense). For customers from outside the EU we have a no-return policy.
To return an item you simply mark the item on the return form and add a reason (your feedback is higly appreciated). Enclose the form in your package and send it to us by post using the provided address label. You will need to pay for the shipping costs, however we do recommend that you choose a secured way of shipping so you can track your package.
Return shipments will be checked upon receipt. Refunds are made in the form of original payment and will be deposited in your account within 14 days. You will receive a notification by e-mail when your refun is processed.
The following conditions apply to exchanges or returns:
- The return is send from a EU country (for non-EU customers we have a no-return policy)
- Original seals and tags are still secured to the article
- Clothing has not been worn or washed
- Products are not stained, altered or fixed to hide any damage
- Stockings cannot be fitted and therefore can only be returned in the original package
- Items are not used or worn in accordance with general directions of use
- Insufficient or illegitimate returns will not be accepted
In the event your purchase shows defects or faults due to normal usage and within a shorter period than can reasonably be expected, contact us immediately. Please send an e-mail including a detailed description and one or more pictures that clearly show the defect to email@example.com.
We may ask you to return the item for closer inspection. If we require the item to be returned (in some cases this will not be required), then we will pay for the return shipping costs. After our examination we will contact you with our findings. If warranty is applicable, we can offer you to exchange the item free of charge or provide a full refund. We accept no warranty for normal wear and tear of products, or damage caused intentionally or through negligence. Warranty also does not apply for damage as a result of washing, drying, ironing, dry-cleaning or other forms of treatments to the delivered product.
