Shipping
Orders are generally shipped within 3 working days. If for any reason an item is not in stock, we will inform you on the expected delivery date. Should you have ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately. In the uncommon event when an item is unexpectedly not available you will be contacted by us. An alternative item can be chosen or the purchased amount will be refunded within 30 days. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a notification by e-mail with a Track & Trace code.

Shipping costs
Our shipping cost are simple and clear. For countries other than The Netherlands and Belgium we offer two rates, EU Delivery and World Delivery. These rates are excluded any cost for additional delivery options (if available). When completing your order the applicable shipping costs will be automatically charged in your shopping bag.

EU Delivery - € 7,95
WORLD Delivery - € 15,-

Rush delivery
If you don't live in the Netherlands and need a rush delivery, please contact us to review the possiblities. Additional costs are applicable and depend on the destination as well as the delivery time.
